WIF is a business-to-business (B2B) meeting event intended to facilitate B2B interactions and promote engagement with defence sector opportunities. There is no cost to register for this event.

Pre-WIF Preparation Webinar
A Pre-WIF Preparation Webinar will be hosted on February 13, 2025 to help your organization learn how to improve your chances of success with B2B meetings within the Canadian defence market. We believe your participation will be beneficial as we discuss key topics and prepare for the full event. Information will be provided of the benefits of the WIF’s B2B meeting program consisting of defence prime contractors/top-tier suppliers, and a wide range of innovative western Canadian companies, post-secondary and public research institutions.
Early registration by February 5 is necessary if you wish to benefit from the opportunity to be matched to Prime Contractors looking for the goods/services you offer (see Key Dates below).
